Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is the core product of Kyodo-Allied and we have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing all sizes, material and type of FFU.
Kyodo-Allied has its own in-house acoustic testing laboratory that compliance with industry standards. The test facility is able to provide a full range of quality and performance parameters, such as air velocity, noise level and power consumption. It also provides us a platform for our Research and Development work.
Through the use of special patented baffle system (refer to below for details), we are able to produce one of the quietest and most cost effective & efficient systems in the market.
Kyodo-Allied offer intelligent and powerful computer software to control up to one million Fan Filter Units through internet and intranet. We are also one of the pioneers in Asia to develop AIBS [Registered Marks] LONWORKS Fan Filter Units control system
Our software offers optional features such as data backup and integration with fire alarm system. We are able to customize the software to suit specific requirement.
We operate the largest state-of-the-art manufacturing plants for cleanroom equipment in Asia with a production area of more than 18,000m2. The facilities have a production capacity of 10,000 FFU per month and operate under ISO 9001 certification.
Kyodo-Allied quality is widely recognized in the cleanroom industries and is a direct result of our strict focus on quality control and assurance starting from material procurement, manufacturing process to stringent final testing.
