1. Air Shower
Kyodo-Allied has developed a wide range of Air Shower models which allow easy integration into any Clean Room Design. We are able to custom-built different design and specification of Air Shower systems to meet specific requirements of individual customers.
Kyodo-Allied Air Shower features programmable microprocessor control system, touch panel, and timer with LED Display. It offers high degree of flexibility in configuring the air shower to integrate with various sensors, interlocking, lifts, voice commands or auto door mechanism for material and/or personnel requirement.

2. Clean Booth
CLEAN BOOTHS create a clean environment of a higher level of cleanliness within a clean room area.
It is complete with HEPA filter module mounted on ceiling structure for downward vertical clean air flow.

3. Pass Box / Air Shower Pass Box
PASS BOXES are essential for the transfer of work item in and out of the Clean Room in order to minimize air-borne particles brought about by human traffic.
Optional features such as U.V. light and HEPA-filter air shower are available.

4. Clean Bench
CLEAN BENCH creates low cost localized clean environment for a particular area. There are two choices of Clean Bench, the Vertical Flow Type and the Horizontal Cross Flow Type.

7. Clean Supply Unit
Clean Supply unit comprises of concealed ceiling mount HEPA filter unit. It is suitable for Clean Room with turbulent flow. There are two choices of clean supply unit, attached with fan, or filter only. There are two types of discharge, laminar or radiate.

8. Teardrop Lighting
Teardrop-shaped fluorescent lighting fixture designed to eliminate particulate and vapor contamination in a clean room environment. The narrow airflow design minimizes air flow disruption in laminar flow areas.
